Purpose of processing personal data<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data are processed in SYKETT\u00c4 physical activity test for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation of applicability to physical activity test<\/li>\n<li>Tracking performance at the physical activity test<\/li>\n<li>Keeping statistics and possible use of data in research without personal data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 36px;\">6. Legal basis of processing personal data<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Processing of personal data is based on Article 6 or 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2612<span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">consent of the data subject<\/span><\/p>\n<p>These can be found from EU\u2019s General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, points a-f.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Categories&nbsp;<span lang=\"EN-GB\">of personal data and the data retention period<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">P<\/span>ersonal data on the SYKETT\u00c4 physical activity test<\/strong><br>When registering to SYKETT\u00c4 physical activity test, the following personal data is asked from the user:<\/p>\n<p>Name and contact information<\/p>\n<p>During the physical activity test at \u201cactive exerciser tests\u201d, the following personal data is asked from the user:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and contact information<\/li>\n<li>Age<\/li>\n<li>Sex<\/li>\n<li>Test results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the physical activity test at \u201clow intensity tests\u201d, the following personal data is asked from the user:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Age<\/li>\n<li>Sex<\/li>\n<li>Height<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition body composition, condition and hand compression force are measured. From these measures the app compiles body condition grading.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data shall be deleted after two (2) years. Test statistics are used afterwards in anonymous form.<\/p>\n<h2><b><\/b>8. Information systems that are used in processing<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Personal data, that is collected in the SYKETT\u00c4 system, are used in the following information systems:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Webropol or Google Forms<\/li>\n<li>Kehonkuntoindeksi-app<\/li>\n<li>InBody-device<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9. Where is the personal data required in processing received from?<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Personal data is acquired from the data subject themselves or from the measurements during tests.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #1a1717; font-family: Jost, sans-serif; font-weight: bold; line-height: 1.8; font-size: 21px; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; padding: 5pt 0pt 11pt;\"><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 36px; font-weight: 400;\">10. Use of cookies<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cookies are used in the browser-based information systems of data processing. A cookie is a small text file, which is stored on the user\u2019s device by the browser. Cookies are used for carrying out services, making it easier to log into services and making it possible to compile statistics of the service usage. A user may restrain the use of cookies in the browser system, but this may prevent the system from operating properly.<\/p>\n<p>Cookies are used in the following browser-based data processing systems: Webropol, Google Forms<\/p>\n<h2>11. Regular transfers and disclosures<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Personal data are disclosed regularly for the following parties:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Student Union of the Karelia University of Applied Sciences, POKA<br><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Student Union of the Karelia University of Applied Sciences, POKA, operates as a processor of the SYKETT\u00c4 user register\u2019s personal data. One SYKETT\u00c4 staff member is on the payroll of POKA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Karelia-ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijakunta POKA<br>Tikkarinne 9<br>80200 Joensuu<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokapoka.fi\/english\/become-a-member\/privacy-statement.php\">https:\/\/www.pokapoka.fi\/english\/become-a-member\/privacy-statement.php<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u00e4-Suomen liikuntaopisto (ISLO)<\/strong> and <strong>Pohjois-Karjalan Liikunta ry (POKALI)<\/strong> are processors of personal data during the physical activity tests. It\u00e4-Suomen liikuntaopisto and Pohjois-Karjalan Liikunta ry has signed Data Processing Agreement with the controller.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Data transfer or disclosure to outside EU or EEA and the legitimate grounds for such actions<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Personal data on the SYKETT\u00c4 website and mobile app shall not be transferred to outside EU or EEA. Personal data located in Google Drive are transferred to outside EU. Google obeys the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission in guaranteeing the required level of data protection, when personal data are transferred to outside EU. ISYY has agreed to EU\u2019s standard contractual clause in the legal clauses of its contract\u2019s data protection with Google.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>13. Principles of protecting personal data<\/h2>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Protecting personal data on Physical Activity Tests<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Access to personal data has been restricted to only selected staff members of the controller and processors. Personal data is deleted within 2 years after the physical activity test.&nbsp; During the personal data processing, ISYY data protection records and regulations are followed. Technical databases and their user interfaces are defended for example by firewalls. System data is backupped regularly.<\/p><p>Access to personal data has been given for the staff members in accordance with their tasks and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Automated decision-making<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Automated decisions shall not be made.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>15.&nbsp;Rights of a data subject<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">As a data subject you have the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Inspect your data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Claim for rectification of your data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Claim for erasure of your data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Claim for restriction of processing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Object processing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Request for transferring your personal data from the controller to another controller<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Withdraw your consent, if the processing of the personal data is based on the consent given by you<br><br><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">As a data subject you may use the above-mentioned rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer of the Student Union<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">.<br><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">A data subject has the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, in case the data subject deems that the valid data protection legislation has been violated in processing the personal data concerning the data subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Advice and instructions in matters related to the rights of data subject are given by the Data Protection Officer, contact information in section 4.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NB: This document is a translation from the original document.
