Online class marathon for Christmas 17.12.

WHAT? Are you ready for the final online workouts of this year? There will be four hours of some great classes via Zoom! You can choose to participate for those classes that suits your timetable or stay for them all. It is free for all who have registered to our page, no need to have a valid SYKETTÄ sticker.
WHERE? You can workout at your home because this marathon is held via Zoom.
HOW TO GET IN? Enroll via Sports calendar. When you enroll for this event, you’ll receive a Zoom link to your e-mail before the marathon starts. The same link is for all the classes.
WHAT ELSE?
* You will get the participation link to your e-mail about half an hour before the marathon – please make sure there is correct e-mal address in your profile information.
* When you come to Zoom, please shut your camera and microphone
* With computer you do not need to download Zoom, with phone you need Zoom application

12.00 Core – gentle core class
13.00 HIIt – very effective bodyweight training class, get ready to sweat!
14.00 Gentle vinyasa – flowing gentle yoga class, also suitable for beginners
15.00 Zumba – energetic dance class
