| More information | This gym group is for you if you are starting training in the gym or want to get new ideas for your training. There will be exercises for different muscle groups every week. You’ll learn the basic techniques and get individual instruction and tips during the training. We can adjust the class based on your wishes. :) The class is held in the Opistotie Health gym. |
