| More information | Exchange and english-speaking students welcome! :) What? Traditional Finnish Christmas Treats -cooking class. We'll be cooking several traditional finnish sweet and savoury Christmas dishes together during the evening. The evening will be held mostly in finnish, however instructions and recipes can be translated in english as well. Course will be held by SYKETTÄ nutritional specialist Henna Kuru. You're warmly welcome to join us! MENU (small changes may apply): Festive Christmas salad Sweet potato casserole Cold mushroom salad Goat cheese and beetroot casserole Christmas bread Riceporridge and plum sauce Plum curd Christmas star pastries in two different ways Christmas cake Mulled wine (alcohol free) Where? University of Eastern Finland, Canthia Building, 4th floor, Room Ca 401 (Learning kitchen). Cost? 10€ per person, payment details will be send separately after the enrollment.
