| More information | Cancelled 17.4. In active bodycare we take care of our body by moving in different ways in space. Exercises strengthens the whole body and we focus especially on increasing mobility. In classes we do first a warm-up, after which we move in different ways through space. We do also short and simple series in the centre. At the end of the class we have also time for stretching and calming-down. You will need indoor sport shoes, everything else you can find in the sport facilities. |
