What?

Vegetarian Summer Foods -cooking class. We'll be cooking various delicious vegetarian summer foods, both sweet and savoury; see the menu below. The evening will be held mostly in Finnish, however instructions and recipes can be translated in English as well. Course will be held by SYKETTÄ nutritional specialist Henna Kuru. You're warmly welcome to join us!

MENU (small changes may apply):
• Bruschetta (vegan)
• Fresh and fruity summer salad (vegan option available)
• Quinoa salad (vegan option available)
• Cheese salad of traditional Finnish cheese (vegan option available)
• Quick and easy bread buns (vegan)
• Banoffee-cake (vegan)
• Strawberry-Meringue dessert (vegan)
• Summer infused punch (alcohol free) (vegan)

10€ per person, payment details will be sent separately after the enrollment. Binding enrollments latest on 05.05.2019.
