| More information | *Be on time for the class and remember to tell at the reception desk that you have arrived *If you want to use a locked cabinet in the locker room, please take your own lock with you! *You do not have the right to use the Element Studio’s gym before or after this class. Hot pilates is a pilates class in a room with infrared lamps. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Focus is on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Room temperature while the class will be about 35 degrees. Take water and a towel with you and be aware to drink enough water before joining the class. |
