| More information | WHAT? Swimming technique course II In this course we will practice floating, gliding, diving, breathing techniques and basics of freestyle and backstroke swimming. Notice! You must have basic swimming skill (swimming 200 meters and 50 meters backstroke, you are not afraid of water) to participate the technique course 2. When the course starts on 4.11., please be at 20.15 in the Niirala swimming hall lobby. Take a 50 cent coin with you to use the lockers. WHERE? Kuopio swimming hall at Niirala. Address: Hannes Kolehmaisen katu 3, 70110 Kuopio WHEN? Five times 60 min. Five Mondays at 20.30-21.30. These Mondays are 4.11., 11.11., 18.11., 25.11. and 2.12. ENROLLING? Before 28th of October. Also the cancelling, if you cannot participate, must be done at latest 28.10. After that the enrolling is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee. GROUP SIZE? Minimum 6 and max 12 participants. INSTRUCTOR? Kuopion uimaseura's swimming instructor FEE?
