| More information | Come to try Brazilian jiujitsu and submission wrestling! They are effective wrestling sports, which focus mainly on ground fighting techniques. Some of the common techniques are different joint locks and chokes. Wear basic indoor sports clothes with no zippers, hoods etc. Sleeveless tops are not recommended. No shoes needed. This class is for women only. The instructor is Paula Ruokonen (BJJ purple belt). You can enroll for the get-to-know classes also with the ball sports sticker. |
