| More information | There’s nothing better than mobility and muscle tone you get from exercising with a stick. The diverse movements will activate your muscles, make your body control better and develop your flexibility, balance and muscle strength. This class is suitable for all. Every event in sports afternoon is open for all students and staff members of Savonia and UEF. You don’t need a SYKETTÄ sticker to participate to these events. Remember to do the cancellation at the latest Monday 24th of February (24 hours before the event), if you can’t participate the event. You can make the cancellation at SYKETTÄ Sports Calender the same way you enroll for it. If you forget to do the cancellation of the event or you do it too late, it costs you 10 €. |
