| More information | Les Mills BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training . 45- minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday. You don’t need sneakers, you’ll do the class with socks. Class is suitable for everybody. Every event in sports afternoon is open for all students and staff members of Savonia and UEF. You don’t need a SYKETTÄ sticker to participate to these events. Remember to do the cancellation at the latest Monday 24th of February (24 hours before the event), if you can’t participate the event. You can make the cancellation at SYKETTÄ Sports Calender the same way you enroll for it. If you forget to do the cancellation of the event or you do it too late, it costs you 10 €. |
