| More information | Zumba is "exercise in disguise.” Dance to Latin, hip-hop, electronic, and modern music while burning calories and working out your whole body. During the class there will be a mix of Latin rhythms such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and more, that will be combined with low, medium and high intensity moves. This class is designed for everybody regardless of experience, age, body type etc. Don't miss the chance to feel the music, discover your own way of moving to the music, and have a blast! You can practice in good indoor exercise shoes or bare feet. Don’t forget a water bottle! It is recommended not to eat anything for one hour before the class. Remember to do the cancellation at the latest Tuesday 6th of October (1 day before the event), if you can’t participate the event. You can make the cancellation at SYKETTÄ Sports Calender the same way you enroll for it. If you forget to do the cancellation of the event or you do it too late, it costs you 10 €. |
