N\u00e4m\u00e4 ohjaatut toiminnalliset tauot ovat ilmaisia.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toiminnalliset taukopisteet\u00a0Kuopion kampuksella<\/h2><p>Kuopio korkeakoulujen k\u00e4yt\u00e4ville on rakennettu taukopisteit\u00e4, joissa voi itsen\u00e4isesti toteuttaa taukoliikuntaa. Taukopisteist\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyy jumppakeppi, kuminauhoja, sormipuristin, tasapainolauta ja kipukoukku verryttelyn ja lihashuollon toteuttamiseen. Taukopisteill\u00e4 on kuvalliset ja kirjalliset ohjeet taukoliikuntaan.
