WHAT?<\/strong> SYKETT\u00c4 Kuopio, together with Rauhalahti Road Runners, is organizing a running school for SYKETT\u00c4 runners, with instructor Antti Jylh\u00e4<\/p>

WHEN?<\/strong> Opening lecture on Monday 11.5. at 6\u20138 pm at Savonia campus\/Microkatu, B5014: the topic is the basics of endurance training and planning your own training program. At the end of the lecture, information about the meeting places for the training sessions will be provided.<\/p>

          Pole Dance starting course opens the doors to the world of pole dancing. During this course you\u2019ll learn different kinds of spins, holds and grips. You\u2019ll learn to climb to the pole and practice being upside down on the pole or against the pole.<\/strong>
          In Pole dancing your strength will increase as your skills develop. You don\u2019t need any previous experience to start with the sport.<\/p>
