During the autumn, there are two free sports weeks, held from September 7th to 13th and September 28th to October 4th. The free sports week gives you the opportunity to explore our wide selection free of charge. In our group exercise and ball games selection, there are classes for every taste\u2014so whether you are looking for calm, body-maintaining classes, heart-pumping sweat workouts, or ball games with student friends, we have them all! The idea is to collect stamps on your Appro pass from group exercise classes, the gym, and specific open ball game sessions. By returning your Appro pass, you will receive an overall patch corresponding to your completed sessions. Everyone who returns a pass enters a prize draw!<\/p><p>Unless otherwise stated, Appro participants have access to all guided classes provided by Kuopio SYKETT\u00c4 sports services, as well as open ball game sessions that have an instructor or responsible person present. Additionally, you can log your own gym visits on the pass. SYKETT\u00c4 Appro features extra classes, which will be published on this page before the event begins. You must register for all classes via the booking calendar.<\/p><h2>Instructions for Participation<\/h2><p>To be updated later<\/p><p>Register as a user on the SYKETT\u00c4 website and pick up a free Appro pass from the Kuopio ISYY office or at the Savonia UAS Microkatu campus from Caf\u00e9 SAVOTTA or Bar&amp;Cafe SAVOTTA. Passes can be picked up between February 18th and February 23rd during opening hours. There is a limited number of passes available.<\/p><p>Register for the class in advance via the SYKETT\u00c4 booking calendar.<\/p><p>Arrive on time for the class!<\/p><p>Remember to bring your Appro pass and show it to the instructor after the class. The instructor will give you a stamp on your pass.<\/p><p>Each sports session entitles you to one stamp. You can get a maximum of two stamps from the same sport.<\/p><p>You can participate in as many sports as you like during the day. Stamps can be collected between February 23rd and March 1st.<\/p><p>Return your Appro pass to the ISYY campus office (Yliopistonranta 3, Studentia building) or at Savonia UAS to Cafe SAVOTTA or Bar&amp;Cafe SAVOTTA. Return the pass after SYKETT\u00c4 Appro between March 9th and March 12th, 2026, within the collection point&#8217;s opening hours.
