Our Free sports week offers you the opportunity to explore our wide selection completely free of charge. Whether you are looking for a relaxed exercise for everyday life or a more challenging workout, you are sure to find something suitable in our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/member-services\/sports-calendar\/\">group exercise classes and ball sports shifts.<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(Luola gym- and trainer services are not a part of the Free sports week.)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>It\u2019s real easy to join us for the Free sports week. All you have to do is:<\/strong><br \/>1 \u2013 Register as a new user\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/\">here<\/a>, if you haven\u2019t done it already. It\u2019s free!<br \/>2 \u2013 Get familiar with SYKETT\u00c4 group exercise and ball sport offerings\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/offerings\/sports-calendar\/\">here<\/a>.<br \/>3 \u2013 Sign in to the site and enroll for classes via our front pages sports calendar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/\">here<\/a>. During the free weeks this doesn\u2019t cost anything<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>SYKETT\u00c4 Appro is a sports appro organized by the Student Union of University of Eastern Finland (ISYY) and Student union of Savonia University of Applied Sciences (SAVOTTA) for students in eastern Finland. SYKETT\u00c4 Appro will be held between 23th of February and 1st of March.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The basic idea of SYKETT\u00c4 Appro is that the participants pick up the appro passport and collect markings from the SYKETT\u00c4 sport events they take part in. Each sport performance is worth of one marking. The participants who return their passport with at least one marking can take part in a lottery to win prizes. Those with more markings get an overall badge equivalent to their performance.<\/p>\n\n<p>The SYKETT\u00c4 Appro participants have all\u00a0<strong>instructed SYKETT\u00c4 sport events<\/strong>\u00a0available for them, unless otherwise specified. Also ball sports shifts and regular turns are included in SYKETT\u00c4 Appro if there\u2019s an instructor or responsible person. If you use gym you can mark it yourself.<\/p>\n\n<p>There are also some extra classes included at SYKETT\u00c4 Appro. Enroll for classes via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/kuopio-en\/\">SYKETT\u00c4 reservation calendar<\/a>! Appro passports are given at the campus offices\u00a0<strong>between 18.2.-23.2.202<\/strong>6\u00a0within the limits of office hours.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0You must register to the sport event you wish to take part in beforehand<a href=\"https:\/\/xn--sykett-gua.fi\/kuopio\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0on the webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Be on time at the sport events and get the sports equipment that are needed for the class. You can check out the sports equipment needed in each event from the event information on SYKETT\u00c4 calendar.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Remember to take the appro passport with you and show it to the instructor after the event. The instructor will give you the marking in your passport.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Each sport performance is worth of one mark. You can collect maximum of two marks from the same sport\/class.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0You can take part in as many sport events as you wish during the day. You can collect markings between 29.9.-5.10.2025.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Return your appro passport<\/strong>\u00a0to the ISYY office, to Cafe SAVOTTA or Bar&amp;Cafe SAVOTTA\u00a0<strong>between 9th and 13rd of March<\/strong>. For example, the morning sauna experience: The morning sauna experience 24\u20ac includes entry to the Haiku -electric sauna, cooling room Loimu, lake Kallavesi and also breakfast.
