SYKETTÄ trainers give you an individual training program, teach you safe and effective gym techniques, boost your energy and make you do your best in the gym. You get ideas for your own training and knowledge how to reach your goals in the gym.
Our trainers are all educated in health and training. You can get to know our trainers HERE and decide yourself, who you want to train with.
When you come to the training, you need to have a valid SYKETTÄ-sticker! The meetings take place in our own SYKETTÄ gyms at times which are suitable for you.

How to get your own trainer?

- Fill the contact form.
- Answer the questions about your exercise habits and preferences.
- Wait for your Trainer to contact you.
- During the call, you will agree on the package you wish to purchase, the timing of the sessions, and the location. You will have an appointment within a week of your contact

Every meeting is 60 minutes.
Individual training program is included in the price! All prices include 10% VAT.
- 1 meeting – 44 e
- 3 meetings – 121 e (40 e/meeting)
- 5 meetings – 193 e (38,5 e/meeting)
- 10 meetings – 370 e (37 e/meeeting)
- Updating your training program 44 e – Your trainer will go through the exercises with you in the gym!

Do you have a friend, partner, colleague or some other acquaintance with whom you have similar goals for training or just would like to train together?
If you come to the training together, one of you is getting 50 % off the price! You will get a common training program and both will get their form and technique right.

Samu Sorola
Hi there!
I’m Samu, a doctoral researcher in exercise and sports medicine from the University of Eastern Finland. I received personal trainer training while studying sports science in New Zealand. In addition, I have basic-level paramedic education and work as an athletics coach in Kuopion Reipas. I started playing sports when I was 3 years old, and I have competed and coached in varying sports. As an exercise enthusiast, I always want to learn something new. My hobbies include sprinting, throwing, dancing, gym, martial arts, and skiing.
My individual-based gym instructing and exercise programming is based on scientifically proven methods. Because of my background, I can approach gym training and personal goals from the perspectives of both well-being and sports. I like to keep the training encouraging and optimally challenging, considering the person’s experience level. It is important to me that the person being trained experiences that they are learning, succeeding, and feeling that they are getting closer to their personal goals after every session. My goal is that you become a self-motivated and self-sufficient exerciser who knows the exercise methods that suit your needs.

Ella Heikkinen
Hi! I’m Ella, I’m soon to be gratuated as a sports instructor and I’m currently studying to become a personal trainer. My previous education is as a nurse.
In the field of physical education, I have worked both as a group class instructor and as a basketball coach.
In addition to basketball, my own sports background includes boxing and American football, and my love for sports and exercise is still strong, even though my competitive sports years are behind me, at least for now. My sports career taught me to appreciate a healthy and functional body, and I want to offer my clients similar experiences and the joy of sports, as well as new lessons for independent training.
My sports career and educational background guarantee my clients high-quality and individual guidance and a reliable coach, with whom the work remains fun and meaningful, but just as developing as the client wants. I take into account each client’s personal needs and starting points so that together we can create an individual and suitable training program that is modified along the way as needed!
