SYKETTÄ – sport services offers you inexpensive sport courses, workshops and get to know -classes all year round. The courses are carried out in our own sport halls or with our partners and local sport associations. You can participate in courses with both group class sticker and ball sports sticker and also one-month sticker, unless otherwise stated!

2 – When you enroll for the first meeting of the course, you enroll for the whole course
3 – The enrollment can be canceled by the date given in the course info. After that the enrollment is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee.

Swimming technique course 1:

This course is for you if you can swim breaststroke but you are not used to swim with your head under water. In this course we will practise breathing techniques in the water, floating, gliding and basics of freestyle and backstroke swimming.
Notice! You must have basic swimming skill (swimming 25-50 meters).
When the course starts, let’s meet in the swimming pool lobby 15 minutes before class, at 19.15.

Adults beginner swimming school: 29.1.-26.2.2026
Adults beginner swimming school (level 0, no previous skills required).
During this short course you will learn the very basics of swimming, floating, kicks, and the basics of hand strokes. The focus on the course will be on water safety which strengthens your ability to practice on your own after the course.

Cancelled/Pole Center – pole dancing beginners course 26.9.-7.11.
Pole Dance starting course opens the doors to the world of pole dancing. During this course you’ll learn different kinds of spins, holds and grips. You’ll learn to climb to the pole and practice being upside down on the pole or against the pole.
In Pole dancing your strength will increase as your skills develop. You don’t need any previous experience to start with the sport.

WHEN?Fridays from 26.9.-7.11. at 15:00-15:55. The beginner’s course includes 6x 55-minute pole dancing classes during the autumn, one class per week. There are no classes during holiday week 42.

Fencing course for beginners
The course will give you preparedness to start fencing as a regular hobby and a possibility to even proceed further to fencing competitions!

WHEN? On Friday Nov 14 at 18-20, on Saturday Nov 15 at 9.30-14.30, on Monday Nov 17.11. at 19-20.30 and on Wednesday Nov 19 at 19-20.30.
