– Euipment: Kettlebell, about 6-12 kg

Emilia Kinnunen: Upper body training with a backpack
– Use a backpack as an extra weight – you can pack it up to be as heavy as you need.
– 40 minutes

Emilia Kinnunen: Lowerbody training with a backpack
– Use a backpack as an extra weight – you can pack it up to be as heavy as you need.
– 23 minutes – in the video is the first round of training and you can do as many as you like
