SYKETTÄ and Savonian Wellness Center organize an opportunity for students and staff members of the university community in Kuopio to test their fitness every semester. The test battery of the fitness tests includes tests in the following areas: mobility, balance, muscle fitness and endurance fitness. Participants are given a common test feedback from the tests.
You do not need a SYKETTÄ sticker to participate in the fitness tests. Registration for the tests is done using a separate registration form.
The next fitness test will be held on April 15, 2025 at 3:30-5:00 PM in Kuopio hall. The tests will accommodate the first 20 people who register. Registration opens on 2nd April, at 12.00. You will find the link to the registration form on this page after registration opens.
