SYKETTÄ On-Call Telephone

Urgent calls in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm and on weekends from 9am to 8pm.
p. +358 44 576 8447 (calls only, no messages).

On-Call telephone is only available during the SYKETTÄ operating periods in the spring and fall semesters.

NB! Matters that are not urgent and that can be taken care of during office hours are not ones that should be taken care of by calling the on-call number.  Requesting door codes of Joensuu Areena is not an urgent matter. You can request the code from SYKETTÄ staff via email. 

PLEASE NOTE! IF YOU HAVE BOOKED A TURN FOR LÄNSIKATU OR TULLIPORTINKATU SCHOOL ON WEEKENDS AFTER FRIDAY 12 A.M. AND THE DOORS ARE CLOCKED, DON’T CALL ON-CALL TELEPHONE, BECAUSE THE TURNS MUST BE BOOKED FOR FRIDAYS AT 12 A.M.!

Contact the on-call telephone when:

– The entrances of Länsikatu and Tulliportinkatu schools are locked on weekday evenings or weekends, even if you have enrolled on a weekend turn by 12noon on Friday
– Defects in sports facilities and equipment
– Disturbance situations
– Any other matter requiring immediate attention
