Ball sports turns and other exercise turns start on 1.9.2025 and mostly end on 14.12.2025. The sports calendar includes both instructed and open ball sports and other exercise turns. Users must enroll beforehand on all instructed and open turns via the sports calendar. Enrollment starts 7 days before the turn starts. Enrollment ends 30 minutes before the start of the turn. Users must book weekend ball sports turns held at normal schools by Friday noon. If no-one has enrolled on the turn, the entrances will be locked. If you cannot attend, remember to cancel your enrollment on time. See the sports calendar for detailed instructions on booking turns. Goals and nets are available at schools where ball sports turns are held. You must have your own rackets and balls. Rackets and balls can also be loaned from ISYY office during opening hours.

Regular Turns
Student and staff groups may apply to SYKETTÄ sports services for a regular turn. The application period is yearly in spring. Generally, regular turns begin in early September and end in May. All regular turns must have 1 or 2 persons in charge. All users, including the persons in charge, must have valid SYKETTÄ membership to attend the turns. Users must enroll on some of the regular turns for student and staff groups via the sports calendar, some can be attended without enrolling.

Open Turns and Family Turns
Open turns on weekends are available on the sports calendar. Users who enroll on an open turn may use the whole gymnasium. Enrolled participant asks a playmate for the turn and is responsible for the use of gymnasium. All participants must have a valid SYKETTÄ membership.
There are also family badminton turns available on the sports calendar on weekends. Person who has enrolled on a turn may take family members (1-3 persons) to play as a playmate. The person who enrolled the turn must have a valid SYKETTÄ membership and is responsible for the use of court.
