SYKETTÄ offers a variety of events throughout the academic year in addition to sports calendar. The autumn and spring semesters begin with free trial period, allowing users to try services at no cost. In the autumn, SYKETTÄ Appro is organized during the free trial period, where participants collect markings on an appro pass by participating in sports events to get overall badges and enter a prize draw.
The sports afternoon, held twice a year, frees students from classes starting at 12:15 p.m. and provides a variety of sports opportunities and special offers. The Säbäliiga (floorball league) and Susiliiga (basketball league) offer team sports options, while Kilometrikisa encourages cycling. SYKETTÄ also organizes physical activity testing, offering tests for both beginners and active exercisers.
