Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes start from 1.9.2025 and mostly end on 7.12.2025. Users must enroll on all group exercise classes beforehand using the sports calendar. Enrollment for group exercise classes always starts 7 days before the class starts. Enrollment ends 30 minutes before the start of the class. If you cannot attend a class, remember to cancel your enrollment on time. Several enrollments made at the same time are treated as irrevocable enrollments, so do not enroll classes and turns on top of each other.

What are Low Level Classes?

Low level classes is a sports service available at SYKETTÄ Joensuu. The classes emphasise body overhaul and perfectly suited for people who are only beginning to explore the world of sports. Low level classes can be identified on the sports calendar by the prefix LL. Enroll on the classes via the SYKETTÄ sports calendar.
