Physical Activity Tests

SYKETTÄ organizes physical activity tests every spring and autumn in collaboration with the Eastern Finland Sports Institute (ISLO), North Karelia Sports Association (Pokali), and Karelia University of Applied Sciences’ Learning and Service Environment TARMO. The physical activity tests offer two different test options, from which participants can choose the one that best suits them: the low intensity tests or the active exerciser tests.

Low Intensity Tests

The low intensity tests include:

  • Grip strength
  • Waist circumference
  • Inbody body composition measurement
  • Endurance fitness assessment with Polar devices
  • Group feedback

Who is the low intensity tests suitable for?

For those who want reliable information about their physical fitness without significant effort.

Active Exerciser Tests

The active exerciser tests include:

  • Standing long jump
  • Sit-up test
  • Push-ups
  • Cooper test or UKK 2 km walking test
  • Plus Inbody (to be scheduled individually for a different day after the test)
