SYKETTÄ terms of use will be updated in the autumn and the new terms of use are valid from 1.8.2022. The changed cancellation times of enrollments on classes and turns will be updated in the terms of use. In future, enrollment must be cancelled no later than four (4) hours before the class starts. The exception is the classes starting before 10am, which must be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the class starts. Cancellations after the end of the cancellation period only with a medical certificate. Overlapping enrollments are treated as irrevocable enrollments. Cancellation times of enrollments on sports courses vary from course to course.

NB! During the summer group exercise classes, the cancellation of enrollment is already valid no later than four (4) hours before the class starts.

The SYKETTÄ terms of use must be accepted via the website from 1.8.2022. The mobile application will not work until you have accepted the terms of use on the website.
