1. ENROLLMENTS ON BALL SPORTS TURNS OF WEEKENDS

All turns for the weekend (Fri-Sun) must be enrolled no later than 12noon on Friday! If there are no participants, the entrance will be locked. During the autumn, we have received many calls to the on-call number when the turns have been booked late and the entrance has been locked. You cannot enter a turn if it is not enrolled in time.

2. OUTDOOR SHOES FOR SHOE RACKS AT PORTTI54

Outdoor shoes should be left in the hallway shoe racks when you go to train at Portti54. Shoes on the floor make the cleaner’s job more difficult, and the cleaner’s job is not to lift the shoes onto the racks. You MUST NOT walk in the changing rooms with outdoor shoes, because it is difficult to clean the dirt on the surface of the rubber mat.

3. FAMILY TURNS

We get a lot of inquiries about why family turns are no longer available. Family turns are not the core services of SYKETTÄ Sports Services. Last spring, there were a lot of abuses by users on family turns, and this autumn, users have taken family members to other than family turns on the basis that family turns have been missing from the selection. For these reasons, there are no family turns in the autumn sports calendar and they will not be added to next spring’s sports calendar.

4. THE EFFECT OF CHANGING CLOCKS TO WINTER TIME ON ENROLLING CLASSES VIA MOBILE APPLICATION

We have currently problems with the enrollment via mobile application, because the mobile application does not recognize the upcoming changing clocks to winter time. Enrollment starts an hour later than usual until the clocks change. If you cannot enroll via the mobile application, please enroll via the website’s sports calendar.
