Come practice your swimming techniques and develop your swimming skills on a swimming course!
NB! To participate in the course, you should be able to swim 50 meters on your stomach or back. Style is not yet very important at this point.
On the course, we are practicing the core issues of breaststroke, freestyle and backstroke swimming techniques: being in the water, dipping, breathing, swimming kicks and strokes. If you wish, you can also train safe diving and swimming jumps. The training utilizes the equipment, and you can perform the exercises according to your own swimming level and enthusiasm under the guidance of the instructor.
The course meets four times in Vesikko swimming hall on Tuesdays at 3:30pm-4:15pm. You must enroll separately each time. You can participate on the swimming course with both the group exercise and ball sports sticker.

19.4. freestyle kick, stroke and breathing training
26.4. backstroke kick and stroke training
3.5. breaststroke kick, stroke and breathing training
10.5. safe length and depth diving, review of swimming techniques
