Live stream classes during January

We will start the group exercise classes of spring season with live stream classes. Enrollments on live stream classes via sports calendar. You must have a valid sports sticker to enroll on classes. You can participate in the classes with both a group exercise and ball sports sticker. The link to live will be emailed about 30 minutes before the start of the class. Classes are streamed via YouTube and you do not need to sign in to YouTube to access the class. Enjoy your workouts!
