New badminton turns in the spring sports calendar

At the request of our users, we have added new open badminton turns to the spring sports calendar. Players enroll on a turn without a pair and turns are especially intended for players who do not have a playmate. There are two levels of turns: relaxed turns and competitive turns. The players who have arrived for the turn decide the game pairs and groups themselves. You can play both singles and doubles on a turn. All players must have a valid ball sports or group exercise sticker.

A relaxed turn is played with a relaxed feeling and every player must take care that everyone is comfortable to come to the turn, regardless of the player’s starting level. On the other hand, a competitive turn is played seriously and it is good for every player to know the rules and techniques of badminton.

– Open badminton relaxed turns on Mondays at 4pm-5pm and Saturdays at 7pm-8pm at Länsikatu school
– Open badminton competitive turns on Wednesdays at 5pm-6pm and on Sundays at 1pm-2pm at Länsikatu school
