More information | This class is meant only for beginners who haven't done it before. Pole dance is a form of exercise where dancers use a pole typically running from floor to ceiling. Pole dance will help you to build your balance, strength and increase your agility and flexibility. It will also help you to improve your body awareness, control and self-confidence. Pole dancing has recently become a worldwide exercise phenomenon. Any man or woman in good health can practice pole dancing regardless of their age or shape. No prior exercise or dancing experience is required. Pole dance is rooted in the world of circus where it still is performed in acrobatic shows. What to bring with you: A water bottle, a little towel and sporty clothes such as sweat pants or trousers and a t-shirt. If you'd like to try climbing the pole, it is recommended to wear shorts under your trousers. Other than that long pants are a good option. You'll also need to wear socks or indoor shoes because outdoor shoes or being barefoot is not allowed on this class for hygienic reasons. Please note that you may not participate on this class if you are pregnant or have been pregnant three months prior to the class. |
