| More information | NB! Entrance to the room behind the building via F and E doors. Door code: 23111* Mobility to the Spine as the extra class of the Sports Afternoon. NB! Please bring your own exercise mat! In this class we focus on exercises that increase the mobility of the spine and strengthen the deep muscles of the middle body. Come and get a fresh feeling for the whole rest of the day! The class is instructed by the physical activity counsellor of SYKETTÄ.
