What: Powerlifting and weightlifting course
When: On Tuesdays 26.9.-17.10. at 5pm-6:30pm (in week 40 exceptionally on Thursday 5.10.)
Katri Hirvonen, multiple discus and shot-put medalist from Joensuu Kataja, will instruct a four-time course where powerlifting and weightlifting techniques are practiced. The purpose of the course is to learn safe and right techniques.
Enrollment via sports calendar for each class separately. For the first classes on 26.9. and on 5.10. you can participate without a gym background. For the last classes on 10.10. and on 17.10. you must have some kind of basic background of gym training. You can enroll on the course with both a group exercise and a ball sports sticker.
