WHAT: College ice hockey match between Joensuu universities Karelia UAS vs. UEF
WHEN: On Tuesday 16.1.2024 at 6pm
WHERE: At Joensuu Bolt Stadion

Winter Classic is coming again! Enroll as a player on Karelia UAS student hockey team or event organizing team to participate in the Winter Classic event on Tuesday 16.1.2024 at the Mehtimäki Finnish baseball stadium.

Please note, that the maximum number of players in the team is 15 players and 2 goalies. If there are more enrollments than spots in the team, the final team lineup is decided by the team’s captain. Player information can be confirmed via Elite Prospects. To be able to play in the Winter Classic, you need to have your own equipment or be able to borrow equipment from somebody. Players are not insured by the organizer.

As a part of the organizing team you have the unique possibility to see the event via the eyes of the event organizer. Experience is not required and tasks will be instructed before by written instructions and at the event day.

Event is organized by the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland ISYY, ISYY Sports Club Joensuu and SYKETTÄ Joensuu.
