Low level -sessions

Low level (LL)  -sessions (Low level = Easy Exercise )  are part of Joensuu’s Sykettä university sports services. The focus on these sessions lies mostly in body maintenance and they are perfect for those who are just starting out exercising. Low level -sessions are distinguishable by the letters ‘LL’ in the titles of these sessions. You can sign up for these sessions on the Sykettä website. 

 

Monday

LL: Asahi (Tikkarinne Group Exercise Room E161) at 17.15-18.15

LL: Neck/Shoulder Class with Gymstick (Tikkarinne Group Exercise Room E161) at 18.15-19.15

 

Tuesday

LL: Swimming Turn Without Instructor (Vesikko Swimming Hall) at 14-15.30

LL: Water Aerobics (Hotel Kimmel’s Swimming Pool) at 17.15-18.15

 

Wednesday

LL: Body Conditioning (Fysioterapia Sulavi) at 16.30-17.30

LL: Instructed Gym Session for Beginners (Aurora Gym) at 17-18

LL: Gym Circuit Training (Tikkarinne Gym) at 17.15-18.15

LL: Bodyharmony (Tikkarinne Small Exercise Room E326) at 17.30-18.30

LL: Deep Stretching (Tikkarinne Small Exercise Room E326) at 18.30-19.30

 

Saturday

LL: Instructed Ball Games for Beginners (Länsikatu School) at 15-16
