| More information | SPORTS TRY OUT: Morning workout at gym NB! Sports try outs are primarily intended for those who are starting to exercise and those returning to exercise. During the autumn 2023, six different low intensity sports try outs will be organized. SYKETTÄ physical activity counsellor Riina instructs the sports try outs. You can enroll on sports try outs without a SYKETTÄ sticker but you must be registered as a SYKETTÄ user via mobile application or website. Come and get the recreation for your day in the gym workout! We perform a common warm-up, the workout part mainly with equipment and the final stretching. At the same time, you will get to know Portti54's facilities, equipment and the correct techniques of gym exercises. Portti54 is located in the address Tulliportinkatu 54. Nuorisoverstas and Combat Heaven are located in the same building. Access to the gym is from the right side of the building. |
