| More information | Door code: 24983* SPORTS TRY OUT: Body Conditioning and Relaxation NB! Sports try outs are primarily intended for those who are starting to exercise and those returning to exercise. During the autumn 2023, six different low intensity sports try outs will be organized. SYKETTÄ physical activity counsellor Riina instructs the sports try outs. You can enroll on sports try outs without a SYKETTÄ sticker but you must be registered as a SYKETTÄ user via mobile application or website. In the body conditioning and relaxation try out, you will get to know dynamic mobility exercises that open up the whole body. At the end of the class there will be a relaxation exercise, for which it is good to bring warm clothes. Welcome to take care of your body and mind! The pedagogical room is accessible from the back of the building on the university side. Door F leads to the women’s changing rooms and door E leads to the men’s changing rooms.
