Cross-Usage of the SYKETTÄ services

Would you like to use also Joensuu SYKETTÄ sports services?

Cross using SYKETTÄ services is an option if you e.g. commute between Kuopio and Joensuu or if you have an internship in Joensuu due to your studies. You are able to cross use SYKETTÄ services in Joensuu if you have a valid SYKETTÄ sticker for semester or academic year, and so cross-usage is not possible with one-month sticker.

Instructions for cross-usage:

• Log in to SYKETTÄ Kuopio webpage and by clicking your own name on the top of the page you`ll get to Own Profile page.
• At the bottom of the page, under ‘Using services in other cities‘, find and tick the box next to ‘Joensuu’.
• Inform Kuopio sports coordinators (tiitta.paajanen@savonia.fi (substitute for Paula Ruokonen) OR sirpa.risto@isyy.fi) by email that you wish to start using SYKETTÄ services in Joensuu. Remember that sports fee must be paid to Kuopio and cross-using is possible only with group class sports package or ball sports backage (not with one-month sticker).
• We will inform Joensuu sports coordinators to give you the right to enroll for Joensuu sports events.
