Great, let’s start moving! Choose a class that sounds fun and enroll via the front page’s sport calendar. You can also download SYKETTÄ Kuopio mobile application to have a SYKETTÄ sticker on your phone and enroll for the classes.

Where to begin?

Don’t hesitate to join any classes that you want! However, if you want to start light, consider choosing classes coded as green in the calendar, they are easier and focusing on body maintenance.

SYKETTÄ nutrition services

You can book an half hour appointment to our nutrition specialist Janica Taskinen to get tips for nutrition and discuss any food and nutrition related matters. Nutrition counselling appointments can be booked every Wednesdays via the sports calendar and Janica also speaks english!

SYKETTÄ trainers give you individual training program, teach you safe gym techniques, boost your energy and make you do your best in the gym. Services of SYKETTÄ trainer are inexpensive. Get to know individual training here.

Savonia Wellness Center

Wellness Center is training environment for the healthcare students of Savonia. In Wellness Center you can for example test your physical condition or get tips for safe and healthy training. Wellness Center is open service for everyone, but with SYKETTÄ sticker you get discounts.
