| More information | This get-to-know class includes typical exercises of boxing with equipment. No previous experience in the sport is required. Wear suitable clothes and shoes for indoor sports and your own drinking bottle and a towel. The maximum number of participants is 20. The get-to-know class is organized in cooperation with Kuopion Riento, the instructor is the club´s instructor Heini Valpio. |
