| More information | Entrance to Tempo: Go the Puijonkatu and Tulliportinkatu street corner and take a lift to floor -2. Effective aerobic training. In class, you step on a board, the height of which you can adjust yourself. The class especially loads the muscles of the legs as well as the respiratory and circulatory system. Flowing choreography and incendiary music complete your exercise experience. In this class, everyday worries will be forgotten! |
