SYKETTÄ Christmas Carneval – Saturday 9.12.2017
WHAT? Come and fell in love with SYKETTÄ! Christmas Carneval offers you the joy of doing sports, well-being and smile for your day! There will be instructed group classes, open doors for the Gyms and other activities.
FOR WHO? The whole program is available for whole society of Kuopio universities – and WITHOUT A SYKETTÄ-STICKER!
WHEN? Saturday 9.12.2017 10.00-18.00. Come for a while or for the whole day!
WHERE? In the Opistotie sports hall, Opistotie 2 (Savonia campus). The doors will be open between 10.00 and 18.00.
COST? Nothing!! Just register for the SYKETTÄ web page if you already haven’t done it and enroll for free. SYKETTÄ Christmas Carneval is open for all the students and staff members of UEF and Savonia and also for students of Humak and Uniarts.
ENROLLING? Enroll for the instructed classes via the SYKETTÄ sports calendar. For the other events you can just drop by whenever it suits you best.
OTHER ACTIVITIES are offered in one section for the whole day! Drop by and get to know how to prepare vegan christmas goodies, have a taste of mulled wine and christmas sweets and get your body measured with InBody -equipment (5€/person, only card payment)! We will also raffle multiple prizes from our partners during the day.

- 16:00-16:55 Yoga for the inflexible
The Gyms are open between 10:00 and 18:00 for everyone!
You can participate all the classes for free, just pick a time that suit you. Don’t forget to enroll – there are limited space for the classes!
All the other good stuff:
- Vegan Christmas food and ask a nutritionist: Come and try it and get recipes! Authorized nutritionist Hilla is there to give you tips and to answer your questions.
- Multiple prizes from our partners are lottered throughout the day.
- InBody -measurement is being held by physiotherapist students of Savonia. It costs 5€/person, the measurements are done at 11-16, only card pay, no cash! Prepare for waiting a while. This is cheap! Also other wellness stuff available.
- Mulled wine and Christmas sweets are offered!
