| More information | This gym course advanced - is suitable for those who have completed the gym start course and those who already have the basics of gym training and movements with free weights. The course deepens knowledge of gym training. The course includes five meetings. When you sign up for the first time of the course, you sign up for all four times. Welcome! The duration of the course is five hours and takes place on Fridays: 15.3., 22.3., 5.4., 12.4., ja 19.4. Cancel your enrollment at least 6 days (Sat 9th March at 16.15) prior to the start of the session. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk.
