Ask the stamp from the class to your Appropass from the instructor or info In an Aerial sling class we do acrobatic tricks in the air using aerial hammock as and equipment. For this class you should be wearing leggings and a t-shirt that covers your armpits. Also take a water bottle with you. There shouldn’t be any zippers or other sharp objects in your clothes. |
