More information	SYKETTÄ Kuopio 10 years event. This workshop is free of charge In the beginner's workshop, the techniques are thoroughly reviewed before the activity. Comprehensive movements improve control of the middle body, muscle strength and balance.Workshop contains elements from crossfit and kettlebells. Put on relaxed, breathable and flexible clothes in which you can move comfortably, as well as indoor shoes, a water bottle and a sweat towel. SYKETTÄ Kunnoncross workshop's instructor is Aapo from Kunnonsali.
