| More information | Welcome to the Finnish Cooking Evening 15.11. at 4.30 pm. Are you interested in Finnish food culture? Now you have the perfect opportunity to learn how to prepare five traditional Finnish dishes! This event is for both international and Finnish students, but will be held entirely in English. Through out the evening, we'll share cultural experiences, and at the end, we will enjoy the meal together. Menu: - Karelian pies with egg butter - Spinach pancakes with lingonberry jam - Blueberry pie - Whipped porridge (vispipuuro) - Cinnamon rolls (korvapuusti) Time: 15.11. at 4.30 pm Location: Hatsala School (Hatsalan klassillinen koulu) Opistotie 5, 70200 Kuopio Meeting point at the B door (by the outside stairs) If you have any food allergies or a special diet, please let Anniina know in advance latest on 12.11. (annivirt@uef.fi) This event costs 3 euros with a SYKETTÄ sticker. Payment information will be sent via email. Cancellation must be made 2 days before the event. |
