| More information | This is a class for you if you are a member of the staff and starting your training at the gym or want some advice for particular muscles. The class takes its place at the Opistotie sports facilities in health Gym. There will be exercises for different muscle groups every week. The series are done with weights at the Gym and with your own body weight. In the end you do training using the muscle focused on that turn. Welcome to experience individual tutoring in a safety environment. If you have some wishes, please tell it to the instructor and your wish will be taken seriously. |
