| More information | Active stretching The aim of this stretching class is to increase elasticity of muscles. Stretches are done feeling the body and slowly going deeper into the stretch. Sometimes PNF-stretching can be used which means that the muscle is first contracted, relaxed and then stretched. The class consists of light warm up, stretching big muscle groups of the body and short relaxation at the end. |
