| More information | In April we overhaul our bodies! As a \"Spring extra\" we offer you BodyBalance -classes in Kunnonsali every Thursday in April at 15.30-16.30. Welcome to join in! LesMills -consept offers us BodyBalance, which is a peaceful body control and maintenance hour. The hour consists of balance trainings, mobility trainings, power trainings, stretching trainings and relaxation trainings. At this training form you get more power, flexibility and posture. It suits for almost every body. |
