| More information | A low level Taekwon-Do exercise for everyone with SYKETTÄ sticker, instructed by the teachers of the University of Eastern Finland Taekwon-Do Club. Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art, which is famous for its powerful and high kicking techniques. The exercise includes different kind of kicking and punching techniques and the basics of self defense. Previous experience from martial arts is not required. The University of Eastern Finland Taekwon-Do Club is open for the students and staff of University of Eastern Finland and Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
