| More information | Practical self-defence applications utilizing a contemporary form of Jeet Kune Do, including Filipino Martial Arts. You’re welcome to learn simple self-defence techniques with us. No prior experience on martial arts necessary. Classes are mostly based on a contemporary form of Jeet Kune Do, including Filipino Martial Arts and influences from other arts.
